The automatic bottle capping machine by STRPack is designed to secure caps onto bottles and constitutes the ideal piece of equipment for high-torque and high-speed capping machine operations. Also available is the Semi-Automatic Bottle Capper, that is economical and portable to use.

1) Full automatic rotary capping machine is unscrambled lid,conveying lid,conveying bottle and capping,it's using the cover positioning screw cap,the whole machine is a rotary structure.
2) In the process of the screw cap, there is no damage bottle,high efficiency, high qualified rate, smooth operation and wide use,which can be compared with similar products abroad.
3) This machine is suitable for all kinds of rules glass or plastic bottle of all kinds of outer cover automatic twist, use the grab cover to grab the various LIDS that are conveyed by the scraping plate, and complete the outer cover in the bottle turning process.The whole machine adopts PLC control, HMI, convenient and easy to operation.

For semi automatice machine, we all have stock. Can ship within 7 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are customized made according to bottles and caps. It need place the order, then manufacture.
2---How long time to make?
For single machine, it takes from 10~30 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 40~60 working days.
3---Ship from which port?
If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. Other seaport of China is also accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
